Educational Requirements
1. Assistant Manager (Credit)
| Requirement | Details |

| Basic Education | Graduation in any stream |
| Additional Qualification | CA/CMA/CS OR MBA/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance (Full-time, 2 years) with 60% marks |
| Note | For reserved categories, minimum marks required is 55% |
| Experience | Preferred experience in banks or financial firms |
2. Assistant Manager (IT)

| Basic Education | B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MSc/MS/MTech in IT, CS, Electronics, or related field |
| Desirable Certifications | CCNA, AWS, Python, Cyber Security, SQL, etc. |
| Experience | At least 1 year in IT fields like cloud, development, analytics, etc. |
